Went to see The Conjuring: Last Rites this Sunday... The movie was amazing however, the service was quite the opposite. My 19 year old friend, 16 year old friend and I (19) got tickets to go see this movie (tickets were purchased by an adult) and came to see it the following day. When we got there we got in line for food and our order was taken by a woman who I believe to be the Manager "Melissa". After our order was taken, she abruptly asked what movie we were seeing and after we said "The Conjuring" she replied "HOW OLD ARE YOU" with a demeaning tone. We then said 19 and 16...should've lied... and she responded by saying "You two (my 19 year old friend and I) can see the movie but she can't (my 16 year old friend)" while directly pointing at her. Though we will take responsibility for going to see a rated R movie when coming with a 16 year old, 16 is too young nowadays?? We would've taken this interaction lightly if she had 1. offered us a refund/voucher or SOMETHING after spending around $50 to come see a movie that we were denied entry to and that probably costed more than her hourly and 2. responded to us with a more respectful tone. After the fact, we had called a parent, gotten another ticket and finally got into the theater. After we thought this interaction was over, we then saw her waiting outside the theater we were in to see if the adult had stayed with us. We knew this because when we walked out (we were the second to last people out), she left, following behind us. Overall, how does it make sense that two legal adults and one 16 year old can't go see a rated R movie yet an older adult can bring an 8 year old to see the same movie?? The situation could have been handled so much better or even avoided if she hadn't spoken to us that way. How about we find another, higher paying job before we start disrespecting people? There have been other reviews about this woman and I feel there needs to be something...
Read moreOn average there is only one person at the ticket window. I would recommend if you are going to purchase your movie tickets, then promptly watch the movie, you should arrive at the window with ample time to spare. During seemingly non-peak times, there can be delay if another customer is having trouble. Aside from that, there is usually a wait at the concession counter. Regal tends to have an average of two registers open, even during heavily trafficked time periods. If a food item such as pizza needs to be heated up, allow for a wait time of at least 5-8 minutes. The employee working the register will put the order in the back, and then complete your transaction. Sometimes this helps reduce the wait time a smidge. Plus it ensures you are ordering what you want. It appears as though an employee/ employees working the register are doing multiple tasks at the same time without any assistance. This can increase the wait time in the line tremendously, along with other potential slowdowns. The concession staff tend to be rather helpful if your fountain beverage is not fizzy enough. The staff members who tear/check tickets, may be a little shy but are friendly and have decent memories of frequent moviegoers. To the overall staff's credit they do a pretty good job of getting moviegoers situated despite being seemingly rather understaffed. Most of the staff are welcoming as well. The seats are comfortable with small trays to rest food items on. One last, thing, for those who love arcade games, the theater has a bunch of games. The arcade games use regal credits instead of coin or paper money. However, these credits can be purchased at their kiosk machine...

Needs Work: ❌ $7.00 for a small drink is completely outrageous. Please consider offering actual small size cups with smaller costs. Also consider selling bottled waters and sodas as an option. ❌ The audio in the smaller theaters needs to be configured a bit better. Seemed muffled. ❌ Concession lines are painfully slow. Consider adding checkout counters near the entrances to the theatre hallways so that folks can get popcorn at the main counter, grab candy and drinks on their own, then checkout at 2 registers to minimize wait times. Consider having mobile Clover/Square POS devices to help speed things along. ❌ Redvines but no Twizzlers? Need better candy options and items should not be on low shelves. Look at other theaters for ideas such as counter-height candy tables or putting candy carousels up on counters. ❌ Very outdated lobby. Consider adding more ceiling lights and a new floor. Those lobby floor tiles have been there for over 30 years and you can tell. Please consider...
