Worst customer service ever .. my sister and I entered wasn’t anyone in the store but us .. was never greeted. I was on the phone taking my sons order and turnt around to the counter where two dark skin employees was standing . Asked for a certain ice cream and a light skin women came from the back and started telling me I wasn’t funny . ( meanwhile I was on the phone talking to my son) When I stated I wasn’t trying to be funny and I wasn’t talking to her I was asking the employees why they don’t speak and just stand there starring at us like they can’t talk or move .. she then made my order and when I asked for a manager she then became mute and then the dark skin girl stepped forward and said there isn’t one here I asked for her name and she stated she can’t give that information. As I was walking out she told me don’t come back in here it won’t be pretty and I told her excuse me is that a threat she told again don’t come back in here as more customers started to come in she began screaming and swinging the ice cream spoon in the air like she was going to do something. This wasn’t the first time she’s done something to me before I ordered a like it cup and she only gave me half the cup and charged me full price when I said something about it she turnt around and went to the back .. Read moreI usually have good experience in this place. Most of people are very friendly. Unfortunately, today I had a bad experience. I invited my family for a ice cream night. At the moment I arrived only two people inside. My family was looking at the boards everyone was happy. I was not the only person with the idea for a late ice cream, because in 2 seconds almost 3 more families/groups got inside. Out the sudden once of the employee came from the back and start taking our order, but she was in a rush. But you may think that that is reasonable because they have many costumers, but she started trowing the ice cream and the other ingredients without the proper mix. I got a banana ice cream and with peanut and everything was on the top. She didn’t mixed the ingredients. By the moment, I got to the register she was trowing spoons in the plastic bag and my wife’s ice cream. Even the container opened and I have to safe the ice cream from the plastic bag. She knew what she did because she didn’t gave me the receipt for a tip.
After all this story I have to say that I like this place, next time I will wait for another person because this review is about her not about the place. For that reason, I gave a 4*. I looking forward to my next visit with a...
Read moreNot a great experience. I placed an order online for pick up so I can just grab it and go. I get there a few minutes after it said it should be ready. The place is packed so I asked the person at the register about my order. She said it wasn’t ready yet if I could give her a few minutes. Absolutely - as I mentioned it was packed so I wanted to be patient as I assumed she wanted to finish helping her current customers. Well she continues to take more people from the line (to the point where customers who entered the store after me - and well after I placed my online order - are being helped before me). Essentially, she had no intention of making my order until every customer was gone, which wasn’t going to happen because people keep coming in. I would have been served faster had I just gotten in line, which defeats the purpose of an online ordering system. It wasn’t until I waited a bit and asked her again how long it would be for my order, because I needed to go and cancel my order if it wasn’t soon, that my order was made. No apology, nothing. Not great service, and they need a better system for completing online orders timely if they are going to offer it as a service.
