Buena Park School District — Attraction in Buena Park

My special need son has been depending on this Buena Park school transportation people since he was kindergarten, he is now 4th grade. I cannot count the times we were left waiting on the bus, because Driver just didn't pick up, forgot, they had issues with the drivers and when you call to ask Julie, she has the nerve to say we weren't there. The school transportation back up their drivers mistakes and blame us the parents for not being on time which is a lie. I can't count so many times my son miss school because of their lack of professionalism!! They mail parents one schedule, and the driver has different one. Some of the drivers are rude and impatient thinking they can treat us like a dog. Funny that they think they have that right. They are in rush to go home. I've seen they driving fast, and kids don't wear seat belt. So many times I need to call supervisor Alfonso and man they don't care. My son for so many times has ridden, that bus for over an hour beyond his stop time, In hot summer weather, with no AC, just because BP School Transportation are disorganized with their schedule. And of course is the parents fault. Today 02/05/2019 was raining day and the bus driver didn't stop at all!! My mother was with my son were waiting for 33 minutes, and when I called transportation Julie said the bus was there with no shame. WHAT A LIE!! So she made sure to call me lier. I had to make work arrangements because of their mistake. The BP school district is just OK but gives me hard time to talk with Alfonso's boss...School Bus Transportation sucks!! Not PROFESSIONALS!! Their drivers put children at risk. I was stuck in a food bank line at Gilmore elementary and a driver almost ran up the side of my car trying to skip past traffic. I honked indicating that I didn't want him so close to my car and he flipped me off and continuedto get closer to my car. He proceeded to come back around the whole block on the other side of traffic and harass me further. Called the district and was met with the supervisor who basically said his driver told him I was lying. Saying I was in the lot (I was never in line for the food Bank and did not go on the lot.) This school is so wack. Like the principles are okay this year. Some teachers are cool. The supervisors cause to much problems. Gotta have friends to survive that...
