I carried one load for these people, and I never want to do it again. They ask way too many questions, several times, requiring phone calls from the driver every time your truck stops or begins moving for any reason. Had to provide license plate info as well as make/model on truck and trailer, had to provide my phone number, dispatchers phone number, how many hours I had left on my clock when I picked up the load, had to agree to call them if I broke down, deviated from the route they gave me, I had to down load a tracking app, and they still blew up my phone during my 10 hour break asking me where I was at, am I moving, will I make it on time, what interstate am I at, what exit, what truck stop- I do not need a baby sitter. Read moreTold I would be loaded and out of here by 4:30. It is 7:16 and the paperwork had the wrong seal numbet now they are trying to fix it. This is a brokered load and will make me late or a no show with my real customer. They were informed of my schedule at arrival and I was assured I would be out shortly.....still waiting. When I finally got my paperwork, the load was supposed to be 34413 lbs. My empty weight is 35000, my loaded weight is now 80000 lbs low on fuel and still needing to granb my co driver. Read moreI was late for my appointment by 2 hours but it was like it didn't even matter to them. Got me in, got a door, and I'm backed in, and they're loading me now all within 30 mintues of being here. The back is kinda difficult, if you ever been to Ralph's in Compton that's what your going to be dealing with, unlike Ralph's though there's about an extra foot of space but between the dock doors and the trailers. If there's a driver that's docked in your way, just politely ask them to unhook in lieu of you hitting their truck and I'm sure they will.
