Many Gwinnett cities have amphitheaters and Buford has a good one. Adjoining city hall and looking over Buford Highway beyond, the shape is a half circle with gently sloping grass "seating". It's a bring your own folding chair venue. There are walkways leading down and across the area making it easy to get where you want to be. The staff was friendly and parking was plentiful. Concessions are conveniently located which are necessary since there is a no cooler policy. They serve alcoholic drinks Acoustics are OK, about as good as they can be for this type of open air facility. Upcoming concerts vary from free to paid performances. Read moreI didnt know what to expect this year for the North Georgia Academy of Dance's recital, but we couldn't have been happier. The theater is gorgeous and the boxes are great for those with wiggly little ones who will not sit still in a chair. The sound and lighting offered were fantastic as well. I didnt go behind the scenes so I cant comment on those offerings.

There is an outdoor amphitheater and open grassy field. Not a bad seat in the house. We have sat in the front floor, back floor, front balcony, back balcony; all good.
