Place used to be great. As a single father it was my go to place when I just didn’t have time to cook for my 8 year old. All my daughter would get is a kid bowl with rice, beans and shredded cheese. The only specific thing I ask for is a large portion of salsa on the side (because my daughter likes to dump the whole portion into her bowl). This lady there looks at me like I’m a begger and murmurs to the server something. I asked what and she gave me an attitude saying it’s extra. I said ok but i’ve never been charged and i would like to know how much. I blew it off because it wasn’t a big deal. It wasn’t until the second time around a few weeks later. I had a long day at work I go in to get a bowl for my daughter and a new sever was basically counting each grain of rice and beans and a teaspoon of chicken. I didn’t even say anything b/c I realized he was new and he was just doing what he was being told. The same lady then tells me yes the portion is low and adjusts it by taking a small cup they use for the sauce to measure how much chicken my daughter was going to get for her dinner. Read moreOn Monday 9/22 I ordered a Bravo bowl with rice black beans and I wanted light Pico. The line worker put too much Pico so I requested it to be light then she didn't really understand what I was asking so I asked the cashier that was working could she translate to let her know from here on out I would like light pico on my bravo Bowl then she in turn took my plate of food turned around and threw it on the table behind her while there were four customers in line and just totally went left. Then she proceeded to go make another Bravo bowl for me put massive rice massive beans and it made it really nasty so I could not eat it. It made me so mad that I did not say anything to her I said forget it I'll pay for it then I turned around and ordered three soft tacos because the food was not edible at all. The cashier came to me and asked me if I was okay and I said yes but I don't appreciate the attitude and the embarrassment that was called in the line in front of customers. Read moreI have been eating hear for awhile now as an alternative to the other burrito places. The food is usually good. The customer service is not the best. They might as well have robots working there. The work place is sometimes messy. The prices are okay. For me it has been a love hate thing going here. I love the food, but the service is just not good. I won't be back anytime soon, because on my last trip there I found 2 hairs from the woman(s) making my food inside of my food as I ate it. The customer service that I got was sorry, do you want us to remake it or do you want a refund? I was disgusted that I almost ingested someone else's hair that I asked for my money back. They made no attempt to try to get me to come back another day or even tell me what they would do to prevent this from happening again. That pretty much did it for me. You can't expect people to support your business and not take care of the locals that keep the lights on. The food is good when there are no hairs in the food.
