Regal Repair provided me with AMAZING auto service today! They replied extremely fast with an estimate to fix my broken car door handle (I already had the part). Regal Repair offered same day service and was literally 1/4th the cost of what another sent me an estimate for! I have many auto shops near me but drove a little further to Regal Repair because 1) how quick & kind their response was online for a quote 2) their very reasonable affordable price 3) how professional and helpful their online and in person staff were. My car door handle was literally fixed in less than an hour! I'm very sorry that I trusted Google review to pick up Regal Repair for my Lexus RX 330 bodywork. On April 15th, my car was hit by someone who has insurance with 21st Century insurance company. The insurance company was nice to me and informed me that I can choose my own body shop to fix the damage. Maybe it is the law that they have to, I'm not sure. But it caused me a lot of trouble and I felt because I'm ignorant and Regal Repair took advantage on me. After I picked up my car from Regal Repair, one day back in May (I forgot the exact date). The next day I tried to turn on the engine to go out, the car key suddenly became soft that wouldn't turn the car on, I then realized that it's broken. I started to worry and went to Glendale Lexus dealership asking for help. My nightmare started. Service adviser opened the hood, had told me that the damage was only fixed on one side but not the other side. (I have photos to prove). Also on the driver side, there is a dint in the area above the rear tire. I didn't have this dint before I sent my car to Regal Repair and there was no confirmation about this dint when I was at Regal Repair the first day. Of these three issues, dint on my car, broke my car key, not fix the damage completely, only half done, Regal Repair only give me $300. I would rather not to have this $300, instead that I want them to finish...
