I have lived in Burbank a couple of years now and My family eats at this location weekly if not more. We have ignored burned pizza a couple of times, or our order not being started even though i called it in 30 minutes prior to arriving. But last week when we went to pick up our phone order, not only was the deep dish and topping burned (which we said we would just take because we had guests arriving at our house for Pizza night) but then we had to wait while they swiped our card repeatedly for over 20 minutes because the CC machine was down. To say we have spent hundreds of dollars at this one location is a understatement. We where in a hurry, they messed up the order, it was burned and they wasted 20 minutes of our time before telling us we would have to go get cash to pay for our now cold pizza. I explained they had made us late, we had guest out side our door, my daughter had already eaten a slice out of one box and the woman behind the counter watched me pick burned onions off one of the pizza's while I waited, we where regular customers and we would be taking our business else where if they made us leave the building to go get cash for cold burned pizza. For $18 worth of pizza they lost loyal customers that had two pizza nights a week using their pizza. They said they where sorry i felt that way.. Then on top of it all after they blew up the bridge of customer relations with us, we ran next door to get subway. While I was paying $50 in subs for my family and guests one of the Little Cesar employees walked into subway, and told us the CC machine was working now, and offered to let us come pay full prize for our Pizza that was now cold, I had picked burned onions off of, and my child had eaten a slice of already. Sometimes when your in the wrong it is better to give away $18 worth of pizza to please a loyal customer then lose the income of that customer. The pizza and service at this...
Read moreI order here pretty much every other day give or take and it's always the exact same order, but I guess they hired new people recently or something has changed at this location, becuz the customer service has gone down hill these last few days. Nobody is at the register and dude in the back is just staring at me without helping, he seem to be really dense. Anybody can just walk in the back without any of the workers knowing becuz they are not paying attention. None of them seem to care and I should of just walked in the back and got what I paid for instead of asking for help. I really wish I would of just did that instead. I had prepaid for what I ordered, I was just waiting for them to hand me all the items I paid for since a couple of the items were behind the register. I don't like that I had to raise my voice at them just to get their attention. Anyways, that was enough to not make me want to come back. The two workers def look like the type who would sabotage ur food becuz of their own incompetence. I was having a really good day before this and now I'm upset. I don't even want the food anymore and I wanted a refund, but they weren't able to process one for me. I just wish I...
Read moreMy large order of 8 pizzas was ready rather quickly- and I had to pay with cash before they started my order. The ladies running this store work very hard and expeditiously. This is a better location than the Magnolia/Cahuenga location in terms of cleanliness and its easy parking. Here comes the slight criticism: now that the once classic cheese or pepperoni pizzas have a $3 increase it may be more cost effective to purchase 6 large Costco cheese or pepperoni pizzas rather than buy 8 regular sized Little Caesars pizzas. Plus, Costco uses better ingredients. When LC classic pizzas were priced in the $5 range it was easier to ignore the cheaper quality of dough and sauce and celebrate the great deal. But sadly, since the pandemic and inflation this company has been forced to increase their prices. (This is unfortunate and sad for them & their customers, imo). But, on the other hand, if you're in a rush go ahead and buy Little Caesars pizza. Their bread sticks and sauce are their specialty and it should be noted that you can only buy...
