Osaka Teriyaki & BBQ House — Restaurant in Burbank

OVERCHARGING on PURPOSE. Chicken weird texture & Goo for terriyaki sauce. Low grade. I don't write reviews but this pissed me off. The young girl acts stupid, messes up your order, gets you confused, gets it wrong, whispers the total. If you don't pay attention your will get scammed. Happened in 2021. I and others stopped going. Out of desperation, I went on 12/19/2024 w my son and ordered 3 lunches to go and charged me $92.00. I thought she said $42. I had made her redo the order 3 times. She was confused. It was 1 pm lunch specials NO, she charged me dinner prices and extras then lied. I will never return. They will up charge you and if you don't catch it you're screwed. And the owner stood there watching and listening to me getting irritated. They won't refund or change it. They are scammers. Watch out. I would never pay $92 for 2 star to go food in a hole...

I've been trying to take my girlfriend here for years but we lived in the Valley and kept showing up too late. Then we moved to Missouri and I made a promises that next time we're in L.A. we will go and OMG the food is as good or better then when I used to come here in the early 2000's when I worked in Burbank.

Girlfriend had the Teriyaki Salmon that was amazing. You wont find better for sure. I had the BBQ Beef spicy and it was to die for. Comes to your table in fajita style skillet sizzling and loaded with onions, bell peppers and carrots in an awesome sauce.

This has been a favorite place of mine and a good friend's for around the last 10 years. Now that restaurant dining in LA is nearly back to normal, it is great to finally get to come back here and enjoy another fine dinner with my friend. I like everything that I've tried on their menu, and I tried some new dishes this time. The prices are pretty reasonable as well, and the staff and management are welcoming and personable. As it is, now I have to make a trip to SoCal to eat here, but I also have a place that I can count on for a hearty, delicious meal in SoCal. Highly...
