Regus - Burbank - Burbank Media District — Attraction in Burbank

I’ve rented a small space/single office at Regus Burbank for about 5 years, and it’s worked out perfectly. Not only is it close to home, but it’s centrally located to Burbank, Hollywood and Glendale businesses (and for anyone in entertainment, all of the local studios are super close — some even close enough to walk to).

But most important for me is that the fact that the Regus Burbank facility provides a safe & secure location so I can run my small business without worrying about unexpected problems.

Most of the office’s positive features are a result of the top-notch Regus staff in the Burbank facility. They are really on top of things, especially our office manager Sussy. She & the other Regus staff keep the place running like a finely-tuned watch — they are always easy to reach, even after normal business hours, and will resolve any questions or problems that might pop up.

Plus, it’s awfully nice to come into work and have friendly and knowledgeable people at the front desk willing to help out however they can. At first it was great and then they charged me double one month on two different accounts causing overdraft fees, a lot of overdraft fees that could have been prevented if they had promptly refunded the correct card. Front Desk sent a clear message (we have it all documented) and they refused to compensate or credit for their mistake. It caused a lot of stress and literally led to a stress eczema flareup so bad that I had to visit the doctor for treatment. I have sent multiple emails ( that they have opened) and they have not responded, they have just decided to no longer communicate. This Regus location is superb and exceeds all reasonable expectations. The Community Manager Sussy is friendly and helpful, and quickly tends to any issues.
