Definitely a place to visit frequently! Right as you walk in the staff makes you feel at home greeting you very genuinely friendly and as if you are part of the family. The costumer service quality from everyone there is amazing and everyone very happy and friendly always checking to see if there is anything you need from refilling your water, or making sure your food came out as you liked. I like sitting towards the back where they have the ceiling painted as if you are looking up at the sky and the room decorations are very nice mexican style villa like
Food selections are very large and wide from simple appetizers, chips and salsa which are absolutely great, Cheese Sticks, Shrimp cocktail, flautas and my favorite chile con queso. The albondiga soup is a good choice as well as the enchiladas and chile relleno. I have not had a chance to try the fajitas yet but from others that where with me who have tried them I hear they are delicious.
You have to try the margaritas and flan dessert as well. one small thing to keep in mind is that parking can be difficult in that general area.

Read moreI grew up in Burbank so this place was a staple growing up. I have since moved away, but do try to go anytime I am back in town. This past Sunday I did just that! There are many Don Cuco's around the southland, but this one is the original. Although I have not been to each location, I have been to many of them. I believe this one is the best for atmosphere, stargazing (its close to the studios so you never know who you may run in to) and food quality. I also think their margarita's are better at this location. The service is good and the servers are super nice. I normally just get a bean and cheese burrito, but today I got the El Taco Grande with Albondigas soup. It kinda reminded me of the Taco Light from Taco Bell years ago, but much better! The soup was very good! My husband got the Lobster Enchiladas. He didn't LOVE them, but he did like them. He believes it was probably more Langostino meat than Lobster meat. He didn't ask to confirm so he could be wrong. Nevertheless, he did enjoy them for the most part. The prices are decent, although I think this location is higher priced then the one in Newhall, Ca. I also believe the menu to be a...
Read moreTerrible! I know I'm going against the grain of the other reviews here, but we waited a half hour to be seated when we were told 15 minutes, they screwed up our drink order, my mother is still waiting for her iced tea as we speak, even though we asked for it twice. Maybe it's because it's like trying to order inside of an Amphitheater while a concert is going on, super loud, our waitress had to lean in just to take our order. Onto the food, the guacamole was bland, the salsa tasted like it came from a bottle, we waited 35 minutes for our dinner, and when it was brought to us they served my daughter and I the wrong plates, she got mine and I got hers. All that before I even tasted the main course, I ordered the Chipotle steak burrito, it was terrible! It tasted like rehydrated beef jerky with beans. I waited 35 minutes for my dinner and ate about three bites and that was enough for me. A lot of people I know say this is the place to go for Mexican food, and at my brothers recommendation I went there tonight, maybe it was an off night, maybe it was too busy and the service and the food suffered, but I will never go back again...
