I am convinced that they have fresh out of college or certificate program graduates working here. If you are looking for seasoned professionals this is not the place. For a while I tolerated their lack luster quality because it is very close to where I live. I did appreciate that every time I went it had a clean presentation as well as flexible scheduling. However, at this point I am willing to be inconvenienced and just go out of my way for better care as my health is more important.
STRIKE #1 Many of the questions that I had for the OBGYN office staff including one of the doctors received INCORRECT responses. I inquired about genetic testing and they told me there wasn't a way to test for the condition I wanted to rule out AND there is: Amniocentesis and CVS (which many didn't even seem to know what a CVS was). I know this for sure because at my last doctor's office the testing was offered and a basic internet search will even tell you. That's scary that the patient knows more than they do! If they didn't know the answer to something they should have simply said you need to direct your question to Maternal Fetal Medicine.
Tip: Never answer if you don't know or are unsure, they outright told me there wasn't a way.
STRIKE #2 My midwife has no idea what she is doing. I had blood work done and the Midwife said they didn't receive it. Before I left I saw the intake person turns out they did have my blood work somehow she missed that. Okay cool, mistakes happen.
STRIKE #3 I was told to get an ultrasound by a certain date. Which I did in fact do. I just decided not to go with their recommended provider because the hours didn't fit my work schedule. Before my appointment they never reached out to say "We don't have your ultrasound that you were supposed to get done do you still want to keep your upcoming appointment?" So essentially I went there to pee in a cup and waste my time because they did not receive the ultrasound that I had sent to them. Apparently, it isn't in their protocol to check patient charts before appointments according to the Midwife who by the way was very argumentative with me.
Turns out they did not receive the results because they have the wrong fax number listed on their website:-| Well it's no wonder you didn't get it, maybe update your contact information?
STRIKE #4 The Midwife/ child /fresh out /certificate graduate also made a point to insult my choice of Radiologist by asking did I go to an ultrasound place that was "just for fun"? I had to ask what do you mean by that and she responded that there are apparently places that are not medical providers that offer ultrasound services. Like I don't have the sense to choose an actual medical provider. I immediately left when she said she was going to the look the place up and to give her a few minutes after I already wasted an hour of my time. What the hell are you looking it up for right now in this moment? You can't reach out to them it's 7 pm at night at this point!
STRIKE #5 No professionalism displayed here at all! I was voicing my concerns with my Midwife but I managed not to yell, raise my voice or get too rude yet she felt the need to keep to trying to argue with me? I am allowed to tell you if I don't like something, I am paying for this! Instead of going back and forth, how about a simple I am sorry for the inconvenience I will look into what happened. Apparently there is no basic client or patient service training.
I wouldn't recommend going here especially if you are a high risk patient. Maybe if you are completely healthy with no issues you will be okay here, but for me personally I will no longer be taking the chance with my health and...

I strongly advise against seeing Nurse Practitioner Laura Cole. My experience with her was extremely disappointing and concerning on multiple levels. She demonstrated a lack of professionalism, poor patient care, and an unwillingness to fulfill essential duties.
First, she failed to complete necessary paperwork for my employer, which resulted in me being out of work for almost a month longer than necessary. This caused a significant financial burden. She only completed the paperwork after I filed a formal complaint.
She also made inappropriate and unprofessional comments about me to my twin sister, who was also her patientâalleging that I caused her PTSD. All I had done was request that she complete her required responsibilities. Speaking negatively about a patient to another violates basic ethical standards.
In addition, she frequently canceled my appointments and delayed a scheduled 5:30 p.m. visit, allowing other patients who arrived later to be seen before me. This appeared to be a retaliatory act. After another complaint, an internal investigation found that she was at fault, and Dr. Helen Doeâhead of the complaint departmentâapologized.
Unfortunately, the solution offered was simply to switch my sister and me to a different provider. While I appreciate the intent, this does not address the root of the issue: Ms. Cole's ongoing unprofessional and unethical behavior. I am concerned that other patients may be treated the same way.
Ms. Cole has also made inappropriate remarks about other healthcare professionals, boasting that she is âbetter and cuter,â which I found highly unprofessional and indicative of a troubling attitude.
I will now be seeing Dr. Jane Kim, who has a reputation for compassionate care and a more holistic approach. I am hopeful for a...
Read moreIf I can give 0 stars I will. The front desk staff at this medical center have some of the worst attitudes I have ever experienced. From the call center to the clerks at the front desk, there is absolutely no professionalism or courtesy. Instead of treating patients with respect, they act as though they are doing you a favor just by acknowledging your presence.
One person in particular, a blonde clerk woman of Spanish descent, acts as if she owns the entire place. Her tone is condescending, her body language dismissive, and her overall attitude completely stinks. When you walk in needing help, you expect kindness, patience, and basic respect. The front desk is the first impression of any medical facility, and unfortunately this one leaves patients feeling unwelcome, disrespected, and frustrated. A medical center should be a place of comfort and healing, but the unprofessional behavior here turns it into a stressful and unpleasant experience. Because of this, I will definitely be changing my healthcare provider. I refuse to continue going somewhere that makes patients feel like a burden instead of a priority.
On the positive side, I want to recognize Nurse Takesha. She is always so pleasant, patient, and caring. No matter how stressful the environment is, she treats patients with genuine kindness and compassion. She is one of the few staff members who truly makes patients feel comfortable and cared for, and she absolutely deserves to be recognized as an...
