Terrible experience went there to get a crack on my screen fixed everything worked great besides the cracked screen get my phone back the damage is even more home button does not work anymore bc of their negligence when taking the phone apart ripped my home button cable which makes it not work anymore and they say oh well that’s not our problem you signed a contract yes I did but contract also states you cover bad workmanship which you guys did bad workmanship do you self a favor and go to a apple store may cost more but at least they fix it right the first time and not cost you more money bc you have to get something else fixed bc of they’re doing all I asked for was them to make it right and they couldn’t instead they call the cops bc they knew they were in the wrong trying to cover their butts terrible workmanship never will I ever recommend going to that place they didn’t even want to give me the owner contact Information they said you have to catch him when he’s here and plus were a corporate own psh your a franchise I had to call another store to find out it’s a private owner terrible terrible terrible you should be ashamed of how your store is being run while the owner isn’t there never will I ever go to another batteries plus ever again bad part it’s...

My charger decided to stop registering my key fob as it's own a few days ago. It kept going into stranger danger 'that's my purse, I don't know you' mode and would refuse to turn over with it's OG key fob. I had brought in a replacement key fob and the devil car decided not to cooperate and allow it to be programed for it. After that my OG fob stopped locking/unlocking my doors.
Connor tried testing the battery, unhooking the battery, checking my fuses, reading my owner's manual, looking online, finding a secondary fuse box- he really did everything and anything he could to get my car to just do what it needed to do. In the end he cleaned out my OG fob and the pos charger decided it was no longer being carnapped and finally turned over. We couldn't get the new fobs to work- but at least my OG fob is now registering!
Connor made a very stressful time actually enjoyable. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel bad I do not remember his co-worker's name but he did say it was his first few days on the job! He was super helpful and had me laughing the entire time too! 10/10...
Read moreBoth the manager and the repair tech treated my 6 year old daughter like a criminal. Because she has ADHD, she can't help but keep herself occupied at all times by touching and looking at everything. She especially enjoys organizing displays whenever we're in stores. They both hovered over her like she was doing something wrong almost from the minute we stepped in. When she picked up a product on an end display that was out of place and attempted to figure out where it belonged, the manager quickly came over and snatched it out of her hand. As he walked away, she finally figured out where it belonged and announced it but he wouldn't give it back to her to put away. I was later told by the repair tech that his boss "saw" her try to pocket it (he was attempting to explain why he himself was hovering over her as if she was a criminal waiting to pocket something). No kid deserves to be treated like that simply because of something they can't help (ADHD). The color of her skin probably had something to do with it as well. There are plenty of phone repair shops. I'll take my business...
