Macksood's Accessory Store — Attraction in Burton

If I could leave zero stars I would. Bought my pool from macksoods had it installed in June 2018 the installers didn't have the pool in the track after multiple calls, emails of pictures sent, trips to the store to show the pictures they finally sent someone out in June of 2019! The guy they sent dug around to see if the pool was out of track...it was which caused the liner to tear and water to leak all over my yard until they had someone else come out and put the pool back up....which while in track still had issues like a big pointy sharp rock on the bottom under the liner that wasn't there the first time. Now this summer the hose that goes to the liner cracks...not a big deal go buy a new one put it on Saturday and by Wednesday evening that hose is now leaking....go to the store assuming I just bought it four days ago that they would replace it...NOPE...buy a new one cuz I need the hose...now two days later and same thing hose malfunctioned sometime at night and my pool was drained below the filter while still plugged in. Would never buy a pool from this company again....their products are...

Just found out today that there is a Macksoods on center road !! It's been there 14yrs I've only had a pool 2yrs and have been driving from lapeer to flushing for supplies 🤦‍♂️guess I should have researched this before! Staff was very friendly and helpful so glad I stopped by there today!!...
