Shame. I've came here since I moved here in December because it was convenient. The guys cut my hair good and I was happy until they started this booking online app. They allowed walked ins while I was here until recently and I've used the app a couple of times. It's a bit frustrating because I've gotten my appointment canceled without calling to confirm and question when I tried to book for me and a friend. I understand you have an app, but at least communicate with the customer if you see a double booking. I had booked an appointment yesterday on my way home and I know how easy it is to book and I saw that my appointment went through after double checking. I asked if there was any way they can fit me in and was denied as I've been before. They take up 45 mins to book for a haircut which I find odd because all of my other barbers are less than 20 mins, so I wonder how are they able to manage the business with 45 mins for 1 person. It makes it complicated for customers to book an appointment when 2 days before you have like only times that you can choose from. Little weird to me. As being a customer consistent for a haircut for the last 7 months, one would hope for a squeeze in.
I also noticed that the times I've been there, the guys especially the owner use a lot of profanity.. I've seen kids there getting a haircut and I hear cursing after cursing. To me, it's a bit unprofessional. Just a heads up. Lost a...
Read moreGreat local place and GREAT cuts. My only suggestion is to have a sign in sheet because I was skipped before ultimately bailing and having to go to a much worse place (my time was limited as I had to go to a funeral).
I’ll be back. Hopefully, a sign in sheet can help to avoid disagreements on who was there first (I was lol) when the place gets backed up like it was today.
Update: thanks! I came back twice already lol. I think a lot of the barbers who have regulars assume some of us might be there for someone else and go to their regulars first. I have a go-to barber but if he’s out I’d go with anybody. All are great.

Read moreI REALLY wanted to love this place because I am SO tired of traveling over an hour to get my son his hair cut .... Went in and Gary took us right away - when I called that morning I explained that my son is half African American and I wanted someone who was familiar with his hair texture- I was assured that Gary knew what he was doing.
The whole cut is clearly uneven. The first time he was done I could tell all the way from my seat that the back of his head And his shape up were uneven so I pointed It out and he worked for an additional 15 minutes to try and fix it.
Needless to say, he did not fix it but did do his best. I will be bringing my son to his normal barber in a week when he’s back from vacation so he can fix this.
