Just stopped in for popcorn and to play the guaranteed claw machine since it was out of order when we watched our most recent movie. My son put his 3$ in and we all played for AN HOUR barely moving anything. It is set to let go just like every other claw machine I've ever played. My daughter was getting extremely impatient so brother shared his turns and I tried myself. At the hour mark I ask what the catch is (the look on the employees face saying it all) and he says "there's no catch, what do you mean?" I ask how long is a reasonable time to play to get a toy being that it says GAURANTEED WIN EVERY TIME. He shrugs and says "10 minutes?" I reply (and he knows because he's been here the entire time) that we've been playing for an hour! He agrees to open the machine and get him a toy. I turn around and my son just then got a toy so I asked him to just get my daughter a toy (I paid for it) as I'm not playing this game or standing in this business for ANOTHER HOUR! This was absolutely obnoxious and unacceptable. By the way about 20 minutes prior to finally leaving all I could smell was burnt popcorn so between the smell and the scam I didn't buy my popcorn that of been looking forward to all day either. Asked about popcorn and drink combo . Was told popcorn and a large or popcorn and 2 smalls . ( not mentioning the charge for a refill on the small ones ) then notice the reusable marvel theme popcorn and drink containers. Asked about them instead but told I had to buy a whole new combo instead of paying difference . Then need a refill trying to hurry waited in line to be told refills are no longer free so having to go back to get my card and wait in line again to get a refill . If your computers are down and unable to tell prices or what is avaible then you need to switch back to signs . Customers pay good money for tickets and refreshments .    Read moreMy elderly mother tried looking online today for movie times for this coming Friday & Saturday. Her and her friend are wanting to go see Wicked. She couldn't find anything listed so she decided to call the theater directly. A young man answered and when she asked him his response was "well let me look that up for you like you could have done yourself". She was a little taken aback and explained that she did try to look it up but couldn't find any times listed. He then stated "oh yeah well that's right we don't post those times until Tuesday". We have been going to this theater for 30+ years. This kind of customer service is really unacceptable. It's one thing to think something and another to say it out loud.
