Clam Lake Beer Co — Restaurant in Cadillac

I love everything about this place. We sat close to the back and had a view of the lake. The atmosphere was nice and the food was incredible. My husband and I shared the buffalo chicken dip, southwest cobb salad, and the Italian sandwich. The sandwiches and burgers come with chips but for an extra two dollars we got tater tots. It was amazing. The chipotle ranch dressing that came with the salad was smokey and flavorful. The buffalo chicken dip was served with naan bread and tortilla chips and everything was out of this world. Best buffalo chicken dip I've ever had.

Everybody was extremely friendly. Our server was Randall N. and he was fantastic. He was incredibly nice, helpful, and had great suggestions regarding the menu items.

We stopped here on our way to Mackinac Island and are thinking about coming back on our way home.

Update: We did come back on our way home. This time we tried the brussel sprouts (amazing) and the clam chowder (also amazing). We also shared an american pizza. It was good but I would go back to a sandwich or maybe a burger next time.

Our server was Josh. Super nice and helpful. He took our drink order the first time we came in and tonight he remembered what kind of bourbon my husband liked in his drink. Impressive!

Went here thinking it was a brewery, but realized it was a taproom with a wide selection of craft beer! What a nice surprise that was 😊 The server was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious! We started with the pretzel bites, which I forgot to take a picture of, but they were so good I wanted more once finishing them!! Then I got the bang bang shrimp tacos and my wife got the Korean steak bowl. Both were made fresh and delivered on flavor and presentation. Instead of dessert we both had been eyeing the special soup of the day which was a broccoli cheddar, so we ordered a cup and it was the perfect savory end to the meal. It was very reasonably priced for how much food we had. The space was very well put together, and the room we were sat in had a huge window overlooking the Cadillac Commons area where there was a fountain and fire pit for the community to enjoy. Lots of TV's on the walls with all the football games on since it was Sunday. Would recommend if you're in the area and looking for an all around great place to eat...

This was my 4th time visiting and I continue to enjoy the food and atmosphere. It was a Saturday night so we expected a wait (less than 20 minutes) and a full house. Lisa was a very good server who quickly refilled glasses and was patient with our indecisiveness about dessert. The avocado salad remains consistent and tasty, especially the pesto-ranch dressing. The mac & cheese was also as good as usual. The pretzel bites with spicy mustard & beer cheese were a nice, light appetizer, but would love more! The pretzel bites were surprisingly a bit sweeter than expected. We opted to forego dessert, but did hear from our server that the bread pudding over clotted cream is a restaurant specialty. If not so full, the gluten free lava cake might have been my choice. Nice atmosphere - bustling, plenty of light from the back windows, but still cozy. Restrooms upstairs & downstairs. Parking on street or in back. Love the Channing Tatum cocktail. Only complaint is need more for the nondrinkers! Like a mock mojito. Or maybe a savory mock...
