Ordered for delivery, they used door dash to deliver our food, we even told Mike from Papa Johns that we had cash, I even asked if we could pay with cash…Dan or Darin from DoorDash called me and said he has never seen a cash order before. He went to the wrong address, when he got here he had no change what so ever, and I called Papa johns asking if they would have change and he said they should…after I talked to the door dash guy….THEN the dasher left with our $50 that we had (because we didn’t have change and neither did the dasher) so then I call Papa Johns and Mike answers and told me to call DoorDash. I called DoorDash and now DoorDash is getting ahold of cooperate for a refund, but it was a CASH ORDER and the dasher took $50 without giving us our change. So now we are without $20+ dollars and we didn’t even order the pizza on door dash, we called and ordered the pizza….I will never be going to Papa Johns again.

Read moreThe girl that answered the phone and took my order was super nice! I ordered a philly cheesesteak papadia. I wanted double steak on it, willing to pay more. After the girl asked her manager, I was told, I could not get more than 3 items, so if I wanted more steak I would have to forego either the pepper or the onions, I told her to take the peppers off. Why aren't Customers allowed to have double or even triple items if they want, if they are willing to pay for it? Does not make sense to me. See the picture, Does this look like double steak to you? It didn't even look very appetizing or like it had double steak to me. In fact it didn't look like it had much steak at all! I hope they figure it out soon. I called in a order an hour ahead of time to have it ready by 630pm New Year’s Eve and by 730pm my daughter was informed they can’t find the order and they could do it again which would be another 30 minutes.
