Absolutely horrible customer service. I was accused of being hostile for what reason I am not sure because I was NOT hostile at all. I did not raise my voice. I did not say anything rude ( until after she accused me of being hostile at which point I told her she was wrong and out of her mind if she thought I was being hostile). How can one be hostile with out raising their voice or insulting someone. I don't get it. I hope Marleys boss sees this and listens to our conversation. However the belt strap lost one of the 2 pressure buttons: it broke, split in half.
