My Salon Bae — Local services in Calabasas

Came to get my hair highlighted here a couple months ago and after my initial appointment I left with it much darker than I had walked in (it was toned way too dark). My hairstylist then suggested I come back the next day where I did leave with it slightly back to the lightness I originally had, but my hair was significantly damaged. It was right below my chest prior to my appointment(s) and sat stringy and severely thinned barely below my collarbone following my lightening sessions here. I am only now choosing to write this review because not only was I initially very disappointed in my results, but for months following this appointment my hair continued to snap and break off like nothing I have ever seen before. I literally have no idea how she managed to cause this level of damage, as I have always had very healthy and long hair even with bleaching it for the past three years. Now 5 months later my hair is down to my chin and I had to dye it back to my natural dark brown (it just wouldn’t stop breaking) having seen no other stylists within that duration.
