Pacific Computers — Attraction in Calabasas

These guys have been my go-to computer repair shop for years. When I ordered all the parts for my custom PC, I took it to Pacific Computers to have it built, which they did for a very fair price and very quickly. Most recently, my dad's laptop was on the fritz - he took it to another shop and the guy made the problem even worse. I told him to take it to Pacific Computers, where they undid all the damage caused by the other guy and went above and beyond to fix my dad's laptop for an unbelievable value. There is no better alternative in the area for computer repair. Also, the owner of the store is one of the coolest guys ever. Thanks for taking care of my dad...

Horrible experience with Pacific Computers. I brought my computer in for one problem. They were not able to diagnose the problem after 2 days of diagnostic testing. They reinstalled the operating system to correct the problem. In the process, they broke my keyboard and wouldn't admit it. They wanted even more money to fix what they broke. They didn't seem to care at all about my frustration with the situation they caused. I feel they only care about the money. Bring your computer to this place at your own risk. They have caused me major inconvenience and I would not return here even if the offered me...

Wife dropped off computer in the AM to see what it would take to run two monitors... basically needed another video card... They told her they needed to look at it and would call later afternoon... I called them for an update... Danny said they have no cards that fit but can order one... I told him I didn't have time to wait and would send my wife to pic it up... he said OK... He called me back 3 minutes later and said he has a card that fits... I asked him if the card is suitable for video editing and he said sure... Other then getting a bad vibe from the place I don't have any...
