My boyfriend and I just went to this location and unfortunately didn’t have the greatest experience that we usually receive elsewhere. They were out of Italian herbs and cheese and immediately gave attitude when I asked for the bread. They proceeded to give attitude when my boyfriend requested to warm up his bread and bacon separately before adding the cheese and deli meat. They wanted to charge us extra for the pepperoni even though a BMT comes with pepperoni and he didn’t want salami(he wanted just the pepperoni and ham). The girls refused to at least say “it’s okay” every time we apologized because we knew they were angry. Idk what their problem was and why it was an issue to begin with but the customer service was extremely poor. I used to work at subway and so did my boyfriend for X amount of years so we get it, but that was terrible. Just awful. Whoever the two girls were at this time and day (10:50am on Friday 04/08) need to recheck their attitude and possibly work situation. Read moreOrdered the new avocado Mexicali sandwich and they did not put any avocado in the sandwich which is the only reason you’d get that sandwich. Upon calling back (once I arrived back home to eat the sandwich) they immediately answered that they were aware they had forgotten the avocado and that I’d have to drive all the way back to get the avocado provided to me on the side. I asked for a refund as I did not want to drive all the way back for just one sandwich (mind you I ordered 3 other sandwiches) and they said no. If you got the order wrong just admit your mistake and provide a refund, that would be the right thing to do. I could care less about the $13 sandwich, it’s really just principle. Read moreWe had to order our subways (3) online and when we went to pick them up they were not toasted and we had orderedthem toasted, so we asked the lady to toast them for us but she said the oven was not working. We do not like them cold so we asked for a refund and Maria who is the manager didn't want to give us a refund. All they had to do was call us and let us know that the oven wasn't working we would have canceled the order. This is unaceptable, we had to spend another half an hour canceling the order online and trying to get a refund that we don't even know if they will grant.
