I have been with this place for a while now had two different phones I call tell him I'm having problems with it charging after I bought new chargers for and they say they can't do anything about it I'm ready to switch to different company I'll give it a one star just to make a review the message me about wanting me to upgrade to a different phone but don't want to take care of the one that I already have after buying two of them I want them to quit messaging me about another upgrade on another phone if I upgrade to different phone it will be with a different company that will take care of the problem not see just bring it in and we'll see what we can do but we probably won't be able to do anything about it I don't call that a good business I thought cricket would be a good business I guess I better start thinking more before I buy from anybody I'll find a good company that will stand behind their phones if I can get some...

Excellent customer service, great attitudes and award winning diligence. Any time I've had a problem big or small I'd go into the store and they handle it right then and there. The only time I've had a problem with the service is when a tower caught fire. But even then service was restored within 24 hours! That was out of their hands but they still made sure to update us and let us know what was being done about it. It's a great place to get your new phone and get on the 5g train, they have great coverage affordable phones and if you want a specific phone ask them and they can order it for you.
