Burger King — Restaurant in Caledonia Charter Township

Listen man, this town is currently riddled with dog * service and it seems that the owners of establishments could give a * less because “f you, you’ll buy it anyway”

HOWEVER, this is not the establishment for that! I stopped in on lunch at 1:23pm today and from the moment I pulled up the drive thru, the “you rule” mentality was bestowed upon me!

The woman taking my order was happy, jovial and was a very nice brief conversation! The girl at window #1 was friendly and praised her co-worker who took the order. The girl at window #2, smiled, asked me how my day was and was so gosh darn friendly that I thought I was in another universe.

All this to say, fast food is a dime a dozen and we all know it’s horrible for you. We’re America, we’re addicted to it and whatever. The way you stand out is by having a top notch experience.

I don’t know who reads these reviews, I don’t know if you’re even going to relay the message, but please person of ownership of the Google profile, thank you employees from this day. Give them a little bonus, an accolade or an award or something! Employees like that don’t grow on trees in this day and age.

I pre-ordered on their app and was told it would be ready ny 10:27 p.m., had to run to Walmart so I didn't arrive until 10:45 p.m. and my order wasn't ready. I was given my drinks and asked to pull around to wait for my food. 15 minutes later, they came to lock the doors, so I jumped out of my car and asked about my order, which I was told was still being made. Another 20 minutes pass and still no food, so I tried to call the restaurant and of course no answer. Finally, about 11:30 p.m. my food was brought out to me, without the extra sauces, etc. So then I had to wait for him to go back inside again. About 20 minutes to midnight, I finally left with my order only to get home and have it be cold. The two young men were rather rude about the entire thing, which I didn't understand because I simply order food and am not sure how that would upset them, there were other customers there at the time, so I wasn't making them stay late. If they overbooked orl forgot my order somehow, they could have simply told me. The could of made me homemade fries and a chicken sandwich from scratch...

I recently visited Burger King, and I have to say, my experience was fantastic! The manager, who had glasses and long hair, truly stood out. It was heartwarming to hear him encouraging his team, telling them they were doing a great job and to keep up the good work. His positive attitude created a friendly atmosphere that made my visit even more enjoyable. It's very encouraging to hear the positivity flowing through this manager and his workers. Unfortunately my daughter has had the exact opposite in both of her work environments, so knowing what she is going through, to hear encouragement like this really hit home. ❤️

The employees were not only efficient but also seemed genuinely motivated, likely inspired by their manager's support. The food was delicious, as expected from Burger King, but the exceptional service really made a difference. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a tasty meal in a welcoming...
