BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Caledonia Charter Township

Within the last couple of months, I've visited this Biggby several times in hope that one of the times would be somewhat pleasant, but none of them really have been. The first time I visited this location, I was not greeted by the cashier (a young, short girl with brown hair) who was too busy chewing her food. She didn't even ask what she could get for me. She just waited for me to say my order. I hoped the next time I went back I would have better luck with the employees, and I finally did. I visited later at night and I was greeted by a short young man with glasses and freckles. He was working with some girl with dark hair in braids. Both were very friendly and started a conversation right away. They also made me probably the best biggby drink I've ever had. My final visit to this biggby, I had hoped to receive the same employees, but I didn't. Two blonde girls were working and one of them had glasses. Both weren't friendly and at one point it almost sounded like they were gossiping about their coworkers. I think one of them might have been the owner or manager or something (or at least she had acted like it), but I just thought it was wrong of both of them. This biggby is a little bit out of my way to visit, so after my third time coming here and the experience I had, I can happily say I have a better biggby near me. I love my Biggby and never had an issue with customer service till this location. They ripped me off on my espresso shots. Since I can only have 2 since I'm pregnant, I've been giving my 3rd one to my husband so it doesn't go to waste. No biggyby in Michigan has ever given me an issue about it till there. They wanted to double dip and charge me for what I already paid for. They throw it down the drain so why not just add to my other coffee, it's not rocket science. They said no they have to charge and it doesn't go down the drain. But yet as I watched them make it and thats exactly what they did. Also the female making my coffees was using her bare hands to wipe access coffee grinds instead of the apron. I don't think that's sanitary. Should have health dept check them out. Im a regular at this location, there are multiple team members (Eric & Andrea,) who have my order memorized and ring it up for me right when I walk into the door. When I pull in, the employees wave at me before I even enter the building. They always ask how I am, how my day is going, and what my plans are for the day! The atmosphere is amazing and the employees are absolutely the best part of my experience every time. I set aside their tip money every week as a bill for my budgeting, that’s how consistent and great they are. No Biggby will ever compare...
