This is the most unbelievable, unprofessional, and disgusting business I have encountered in the 20 years since I came to work and live in the United States. They did not reply to any of my emails, any phone messages, and did not provide service at all. On the working day of the reservation, they did not open the door at the arrival time we booked, did not answer the phone, and did not have any feedback and follow up. But when I booked online, they sent me the confirmation number, charged my credit card. When I asked them what happened the following day, a lady was very rude, made all kinds of excuses and didn't actually deal with it, cut off the phone directly! They have never given any response or explanation. After seeing the credit card statement recently, I found out that they still have the shame to charge. I really feel incredible. Such a business can still exist in the United States, a sound society ruled by law. It is really incomprehensible and embarrassing! Please stay away from unscrupulous merchants with no reputation or responsibility, it will make your life easier.
11/11/2023 Update: This incident occurred in mid-July. My credit card company and Arnie's third-party billing company have been arguing for three months. I provided supporting emails and phone evidence and finally got the refund at the end of October. Facts speak louder than words. If Arnie's ATV is not convinced, please provide relevant evidence, as well as phone messages, missed calls or emails that you have contacted me before and after. Thank you!

What started off great ended horribly wrong. So there are some good points to highlight but buyer beware.
The reservation process and checkin were very good. Audra at the main shop in town was very sweet and helpful. The team on the beach was the exact opposite. The one young man who helped us with our helmets was very helpful and patient. Explained the boundaries clearly and repeated when needed without hesitation.
The individual who needed to explain how the atv worked couldn't be bothered. Talked fast and under his breath and was annoyed when we asked to repeat. Obviously assuming everyone should know how to ride.
We get out into the dunes and we ran into trouble with the atv immediately. The atvs trans was slipping in the deep sand and finally stopped. They came out and replaced the atv. All was great and we continued.
THEN WE RETURNED. The same individual who was annoyed earlier nonchalantly says we owe them $115 for a new clutch. Absurd!!! Outcome still TBD, but beware.

Read moreExtremely friendly and helpful staff, both before and during the rental. Connie at the office was very efficient preparing for the rental. We are a family of six with kids ranging from 10 to 16 yo. Connie was able to recommend the right vehicle for each family member and was efficient with the paperwork. The crew at the beach did a great job getting us all riding in no time, even though it was our first riding experience. When we had some issues during our ride when one of the kids managed to turn over his ATV, they were quick to arrive at the scene and get us going again. When the ATV had issues a while later they responded promptly again and even extended our rental time a bit so we can enjoy it, even though they were not at fault for the second issue which was probably caused due to the first incident. We all had great fun riding. We are already looking forward to using Arnie's again on our next visit...
