John D. Morgan Playground — Attraction in Campbell

Beautiful new playground on the Budd Ave. side. Highly recommended for kids of all ages. The parking lot here is not too big, but there are 2 other parking lots if you enter through Rincon Ave, and if you don't mind the walk (1/2 mile). This park is huge with lots of grass, trees, and a long path that takes you from one parking lot to the other. There's usually lots of things happening at this park, lots of dogs and their human companions seem to gather on weekday afternoons, kids and adults play soccer on...

I honestly liked the older playground before they replaced it but this is still a nice place to bring the kids. The addition of a fence is nice, but it also means the kids can't roll down the hill. I also miss the largest Redwood, still don't know why they cut it down, we can always use more shade. The tire swing is a big hit with my 8 year old and the percussion instruments are a nice...

Very very nice park for toddlers. Finally there is a lot of shade also on the playground area :) which is very special in the area There is also a lot of grass fill there and places for grown ups to play other stuff and on the days or so the nearby school yard with basketball field, volleyball and others
