If I could give this bakery 0 stars, I would. This bakery makes the worst birthday cakes ever. We had my daughter celebrating her 4th birthday and my wife spent over an hour explaining exactly how we wanted the cake to look/taste and as we started cutting and passing out the cake, most of the guests politely accepted the cake but threw away the cake into the garbage after one bite. My wife went back the next day to meet with the owner and the owners behavior was very rude causing very much stress to the point of crying. The baker told my wife that the ingredients that the owner buys is old and out of date for saving money reasons. This is not acceptable to us customers paying good money for a cake that they are promised to get and the cake tasting disgusting, old, and dry. It's very disappointing to see this kind of behavior at this shop. I am going to request to have the health department investigate this bakery further. I do not recommend this bakery to anyone who wants to experience delicious cake. In the photo I attached, you can see this is not a strawberry shortcake with many fresh strawberries that I was promised. It is dry and baked with old ingredients according to the baker for owners direction of...

I visited this pastry shop today with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I asked to buy both some cake and Persian pastries and expected them to be packaged separately, especially since one is moist and the other is dry. However, the staff insisted on combining them in one box, which I found unhygienic and unprofessional.
When I asked how the pricing works—since the two types clearly fall into different categories—I was told vaguely that “it’s okay, we can make it happen.” I was then charged $26 per pound for the cake, which seemed unusually high. Since I was with my family, I didn’t want to cause a scene and paid. But when I got home and checked their website, I saw that the prices actually range from $4.50 to $8.50 per pound—a major discrepancy.
On top of that, the quality of the pastries was disappointing. Overall, I felt misled and overcharged. I will not be returning...
Read moreThe worst customer service ever! Although, their pastries are good but when you count on them for an event or party, you definitely regret that. For a baby shower, we asked for a big cake, and asked for walnut, banana and some other stuff in it; what we got was not even close to what we expected. It was a great disappointment in an event which is just once in a life time. But it was not the worst part, what happened next was way more painful. We expected a sincere apologies but they said that they had already offered a discounted price and we should be happy about it. Moreover, they started to make a list of excuses. If they had accepted their mistake and had apologized on the day one; we could forgive that but after all these hassles, we are confident that they have lost some heavy user customers. We definitely will ask all of our friends to stay away of them and never ever rely on their promises...
