I spend thousands of dollars at smoke shops all throughout the state, but mostly in Monterey county and Santa Clara county and this is the first time in all that time that the person working behind the counter actually knew anything and was able to help in me and I was able to have an intelligent conversation about something not so intelligent I'll give people that. Unlike most of the people I've encountered at head shops he was not ignorant to what he was selling and was very educated on everything he was selling and what would be the best choice for what I was looking for he was patient with me I took an hour or more just to pick up the little piece that I got understanding and very very helpful polite respectful knowledgeable I would recommend this place to anybody but mostly especially those people who are serious about it and they take their time they're going there to buy a piece and it's not just a tool and those I feel like that they know what I mean will appreciate this place thank you for your good service I look forward to coming here and spending more money with you guys. So I came in made a purchase of Cbd and the charger kit. With an 40 mins of use I started to get a headache and my stomach started to hurt. I called to ask what could be done and the guy pretty much told me nothing could be done they can’t control how someone reacts to Cbd. I asked about any store credit and he told me no and could careless. I would say don’t purchase anything from here unless you completely know you will use it and it will benefit you because if not they will rob you not only of your money but don’t care about you as a customer. I came to 420 lifestyles to look for a CBD vape and I found one but unfortunately the one that I purchased had some sort of factory defect. When I went back later in the afternoon to get a refund, the employee who was working at the time, Frank, was extremely helpful and apologetic about the issue that I had. We first looked for a replacement but it turns out a few others vapes that we tested also had that same defect.
