I absolutely love living at Campbell Plaza Apartments! This place feels like a little oasis, or as if you're on vacation somewhere, thanks to its gated community and the amazing amenities within walking distance.

The manager, Lindsey, is truly exceptional. She constantly strives to improve the community and genuinely listens to all our requests. Under her management, we've seen numerous upgrades, including a refurbished parking lot, clubhouse, laundry room, gym, and even a new pool table. The beautiful pool and spa are perfect for relaxing, and the state-of-the-art fitness center is great for staying fit.

One of the highlights was a recent summer get-together that Lindsey organized for all the residents. She brought in an incredible authentic Mexican catering service, and it was a fantastic opportunity for everyone to mingle and enjoy great food. The list of events she has planned for both adults and kids makes my family even more eager to renew our lease.

The location of Campbell Plaza Apartments is incredibly convenient. It’s within walking distance to many shops, cafes, and grocery stores. The downtown Campbell area is nearby, offering a variety of dining and entertainment options. My Fiance and I have lived at Campbell Plaza apartments for about 3 years now. We both agree that this is by far our favorite apartment complex we have lived in. The ladies at the leasing office are kind, helpful and transparent. Mark one of the maintenance workers is so timely at coming out to look at anything. This complex cares about its tenants, they have gone above and beyond at planning movie nights, taco truck nights and get togethers ( prior to covid) As for our unit we love it the floors are nicely done the kitchen is spacious and the appliances work like a gem. Our neighbors we can hear now and then but not often; that is totally okay and common when your on the 1st floor. In addition to all this, we are happy to have the pool and gym so close and safe way is less than a 5-minute walk and downtown, Campbell is a nice little walk from here. DONT MOVE HERE!!! it's nothing but a bunch of ignorant welfare people here..all they do is smoke weed and let their dogs poop all over the property..they have roaches as well.. totally disgusting area..I see why people left and I was warned about this property.. and the ignorant property manager does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it.. people let their annoying dogs bark all day and all night...screaming wild brats screaming all day every day..like it's enough to drive you crazy...alot of people have moved out and I'm next.. the property manger doesn't care and she's just as ignorant as the other tenants..save yourself and your sanity don't...
