Replace the receptionist, please!

I just dropped my daughter off for her friend's bday party. We were a bit late and my daughter was already nervous for missing out. There were two ladies at the check in, the lady who checked my daughter in (the blonde one) wasn't friendly at all! Instead of doing the briefing to my daughter and sending her right off to her group, she wanted her to wait another 15 minutes ALONE (for no reason) to brief her! There was literally NO ONE else there and both receptionists were free, literally doing nothing!!! Thanks to the other lady who seemed to be more matured and understanding who took my daughter immediately and briefed her while the first lady was still putting a venomous face and arguing!!!

Great place climbing! They offer many different courses for all ages and experienced climbers. The 4 courses they have are, Yellow = Beginner, Green = Causal, Blue = Experienced, And Black = Expert. They also have restrooms there. They have friendly staff. The courses are long and packed with cool things like zip lines. The gear is also very comfortable to be in and they can fit everyone. Today was our first time at Tree Top Adventures. I just sat in an Adirondack chair and watched My son and his friend do their thing. It was their first time so they did the beginner section. My son got stuck 3 times with fear and the staff was fantastic! They helped him to reposition himself and accomplish what he needed to, yo get to the next platform. I will recommend Tree Top Adventures to anyone who is looking for something fun to do outdoors. It was a fun...
