I am having laser hair removal on my neck, which has been a very difficult area to treat at other places. I had treatment at 2 other med spas for this same area and saw no results UNTIL I came to UniQ Laser. After the very first treatment, there was DRAMATIC hair reduction, which is something I had not seen after 3 treatments in other places. I am now close to the end of my 8 sessions and almost have no hair left on the sides of the neck. My ponytail is up and I feel so confident!

The consultation was very straightforward, honest, no hidden fees. My concerns were heard about poor response in other places, and i was assured that this treatment had been performed successfully at UniQ before (which is 100% true, I now can personally attest).

Their prices are VERY reasonable. Lower than most other places.

The place is immaculate. Their COVID precautions are rigorously followed and I feel safe coming in for my appointments.

I have treatments with Ashley, who is so nice and professional, always listens, and makes sure that every bit of hair is zapped.

When my neck treatment is complete, I plan on having other smaller areas done, and am looking into cool sculpting.

Went to multiple sessions and did not see a difference whatsoever. The hair grew back the same, thickness and everything. The girls that work there are amazing, but it honestly feels like a scam for your money. I had high hopes and was referring all my friends to them, but regret that now because it’s so not worth the money. I payed 1000+ such a waste of money! I do not recommend and definitely not going back.

To respond to the owner: yes as it is true that I did not go to my appointments as recommended, it was only because they had called me from the salon multiple times to push my appointment for whatever reasons they had which was not my fault. Some days I did push my appointment because I was tan and cannot get lasered while having a tan which is a valid excuse.Also when I called to ask if it is okay to push my appointment a few times I was told by the manager Natalie that it is better to wait longer as I would see even better results. Regardless of that I was told when I begun my sessions that 8 sessions should be enough and with some touch ups.
