Update: from previous review: I recently visited the Paper Store in Canton, despite my previous decision to avoid it, in hopes of giving it another chance. Unfortunately, my experience mirrored that of the Braintree location; the staff was once again rude and unwelcoming. Two older women were working, and their demeanor was not conducive to a positive shopping experience.
It is disheartening to observe a pattern of unprofessionalism that seems to extend to their treatment of customers, particularly individuals of color. Rather than openly displaying discriminatory practices, it appears they engage in subtle forms of bias that create an uncomfortable atmosphere.
I urge others to reconsider patronizing these stores, as I have decided to no longer support them. The prices are excessive for what is ultimately mediocre...

I strongly dislike the front 2/3 of the store, especially since the rebrand many months ago, as it is 100% filled with total junk no one needs. (Capitalism at its finest.) It's full of knickknacks you'd give someone for the sake of gift-giving, but will end up collecting dust on their shelves. I wish the whole store were cards...
