The Paper Store — Local services in Canton

Update: from previous review: I recently visited the Paper Store in Canton, despite my previous decision to avoid it, in hopes of giving it another chance. Unfortunately, my experience mirrored that of the Braintree location; the staff was once again rude and unwelcoming. Two older women were working, and their demeanor was not conducive to a positive shopping experience.

It is disheartening to observe a pattern of unprofessionalism that seems to extend to their treatment of customers, particularly individuals of color. Rather than openly displaying discriminatory practices, it appears they engage in subtle forms of bias that create an uncomfortable atmosphere.

I urge others to reconsider patronizing these stores, as I have decided to no longer support them. The prices are excessive for what is ultimately mediocre...

I am a loyal customer, but my patronage is only at the back of the store. I strongly dislike the front 2/3 of the store, especially since the rebrand many months ago, as it is 100% filled with total junk no one needs. (Capitalism at its finest.) It's full of knickknacks you'd give someone for the sake of gift-giving, but will end up collecting dust on their shelves. I wish the whole store were cards...

Great place to find gifts for adults or children. They always have a new selection of goodies, always clean, vibrant colors, well organized. Price wise it's not a cheap place, but if you have a coupon you get in mail from them, you can actually score a great discount. I've bought jewelry pieces there, bath and body products, kids toys and crafts, housewarming gifts, all always well liked...
