Joe Stonis Park — Attraction in Cape Coral

Very nice park with plenty to do, whether it be kids or family. It's a good-sized park with plenty of space for everyone. Playground is big and fenced in with benches. Parents can sit on and a nice path you can walk that goes alk the way around the park, and the small lake adds to the view . There are plenty of spots to stop and get a workout in. If you are walking the path, they have pretty cool workout stations along the way. Along with a tennis court and a basketball court, they provide public restrooms with plenty of trash and recycling bins throughout the park. Not a bad park at all. It’s one of the smaller ones but dogs are allowed, it has a tiny lake and there’s ample parking. There’s are a few paths to walk and a covered area to sit and enjoy food and friends. There’s a small play area for kids and a tennis court as well. There’s plenty seating otherwise in case the covered area is full or being used but they are just benches and not many are close to or under trees for shade so if it’s sunny, prepare to sweat. Nice park tucked away with big slides & tall playground equipment that even my 9 yr old had fun but safe enough for my 4 yr old. Nice pond & easy access bathrooms where my vehicle could be right next to a play area to grab drinks and snacks. For a mom that has to coordinate a 4 yr old, 6 yr old, & 9 yr old, this was very at ease for making sure everyone could play at own pace & snacks available. Very easy park to go to. And...
