Personally one of the worst experiences Iāve ever had at a restaurant. Coming in at 8:20 pm at night, understandably late, however asked when the kitchen would be closing and was told 9:00 pm. Congested seating, we were helped right away, got our drinks everything was off to a good start. However if my drink is empty and you come around to my Table every 5 minutes asking me if āeverything is good hereā. Drinks empty already been 20 minutes before getting the mail meal. Upon receiving my meal presentation as first halve was okay, however it was before the serve even left the table I had found a METAL SCREW IN MY CHICKEN SANDWICH. At which I immediately told them, they took it away (I even asked for a refill at that time). With no meal my server comes around again asking if āeverything he good hereā. 3 empty cups, food at room temperature, and still no food. It has now been 30 minutes and I had to ASK for the hostess to get me the server. Ten minutes past, NO SERVER, but I look to my left and sheās walking up to another table TAKING THEIR ORDER. Now I asked for a manager. And usually I donāt. It took for the manās to come to my table 30 minutes have gone by, and my food finally comes out and here finally arrives our waitress again asking āis everything good hereā. The manager I spoke to was professional I did tell her I just wanted to let her know my experience. Probably will never return there, and considering nothing has lasted in that building, i doubt they...

Perhaps your server was confusing us with another table and thatās why she continually walked past us asking if everything was okay. Good to know you were aware of this and you think itās appropriate to hound new AND old customers with the same question 15 times during an hour visit. (End of edit)
This is going to sound strange, but we had the most bizarre experience eating here. This was our first time in and will be our last. The food was fine, but the service was one of the strangest experiences my husband and I ever had. Our server seemed fine at first, but then proceeded to ask us āis everything okay?ā a total of 15 or so times, to an exaggerated level. She would walk by, ask us if everything was okay, we would smile and say everything was good, she would bring the drinks she was carrying to the outside eating area, and on her way back thru ask us the same question. This happened over and over, and I honestly thought it had to be a joke. Iām not sure what the deal was, but between the anxiety-ridden questioning and the grown adults one table over swearing and acting like 14 year olds, we will gladly pass...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne of the best lunch spots around our area, we will usually sit in the outdoor patio area and enjoy our drinks and food. We went for lunch today after running some errands and got there right as they were opening. We were warmly greeted and sat, ordered two beers that as always were served ice cold by our lovely server. The location is in the Coral Shores plaza which means we see all of the traffic that is entering and leaving this area but that is not a nuisance to us at all. There are multiple outside televisions and fans on the patio and plenty of seating as well. You are free to smoke outside so be aware of that. Our drinks were never empty as it did not go unnoticed when we needed a refill. Our food came out quickly after ordering and was cooked to order. I had the cheeseburger cooked med well with french fries and my boyfriend had the french dip also with fries. The food presentation was clean and neat and the food was perfect. This is one of our go to spots and will continue to come here for the great service and the wonderful food. Definitely come check out the Burnt Store Tavern, you will be happy you did! #greatfood #greatservice...
