Ordered on DoorDash due to my kids being sick, and he totally messed up my order so I had to load my sick children up and go there, Mandeep was not only the one who messed up my order but was sooo rude and disrespectful he was literally arguing with me after I told them Im not asking for a refund on the subs if they make the correct ones but could I please get some kind of refund or credit for the additional 14$ I had to spend between DoorDash service fees, delivery fees and tip since I had to drive all the way out there to get the issue resolved. He refused. when asked to speak to a manager he rudely refused and basically told me he can either make me new subs or get out. Lisa Intervened and was very nice and took the time to call the manager, Shahill, who unfortunately was also extremely rude and unreasonable and basically told me too bad they donāt give any kind of refunds or credit regardless of their faults. Today Mandeep was behind the counter and as soon as he saw that I had a corporate coupon he yelled with a bad attitude something regarding my coupon that I could not understand, so the other nice guy behind the counter translate for me that I would not be able to use coupons on everything and explained the details. So I asked Mandeep if they have Chicken Salad Sandwich and he said yes, so he proceeded to start preparing my sandwich and I added without asking a lot of Mayonnaise to it. I told him that I did not ask for Mayo and proceeded to tell me that this is how he made the chicken salad sandwich. After two incidents and submitting negative reviews with an offer for free sub coupons and that the issue will be addressed. We visited again last night just a week after the last incident with again a promise the employees had been talked to. We were once again reprimanded by the employee behind the counter that we canāt place an order of this size (10 subs) unless we provide 24 hour notice. We are a family of six and orders vary 6-10 subs each order depending on the day. We also donāt request to rush the order as we order through the app and never in a rush but the app provides pick up times. We are perfectly fine adding extra time to full full an order but to cancel if feel shamed because we ordered enough to feed our family is shameful.
