Tech had no knowledge in networking a server system. We explained that we need a new computer added to the server network. Tech showed up stated that he was unsure how the system was set up. Told him that I did not know that's why I called him. After several phone calls to others for help he got the system hooked up but the fax did not work nor did the scans. he finished late in day so no work was done on that computer until next day. About mid day new employee started computer and it would not boot up. I called my original tech firm and asked if there was anyway he could get out. I also called called my phone and data instillation guy because tech 4 life state there was no phone signal at the outlet for the printer. The next day phone and data guy arrived checked the port and told me yes there is a phone signal but who ever hooked up the fax put it in the data port not the teleport. That cos me 125.00 for nothing. Then the tech guy showed from my old company. He had to spend an hour removing all the C#!@# the tech 4 life man did and redo it the correct way. I called left word at the Tech 4 left message what happened told them I would not be paying their invoice. Then I get an invoice I send it back with same message. I keep getting them, now the owner Steve says well pay the invoice I will give you a credit against your next invoice! What why in the heck would you think I would ever call and use you again! Take the credit and put it to the invoice your man screwed up on and we both will part ways. Now he wants to call me a bad person for failing to pay the invoice and give him a second chance, see...

They just replaced my old, dying mechanical hard drive with a new, fast and robust solid-state drive that makes my iMac better and faster than it was when it was new. I feel very strongly that you will get superb work done at a very reasonable price at Tech 4 Life. I wrote that paragraph a couple of years ago. My complete satisfaction and appreciation for their talents (especially Collin and Brendan because both of them have come to my aid several times) has only grown with time.    Read moreA user of Apple products for years, but had been without a PC desktop for six months (!) and just last weekend my husband surprised me with a "why don’t we get that MacMini you'd been looking into?” We did, I plugged it all in but found I wasn’t as familiar navigating it. Call Tech4Life !! First off, Morgan set up MS Windows 365 and then settled into my frenetic pace of "what I want it to do is…”, and “let me watch you do that again”. 90 minutes later, my list of questions was nearly completed, with only two items left: find the elusive Iwatch App “Workout" previously used and then “Explain streaming to me". 15 minutes later, I was paying my invoice and then after thanking Morgan again for his time.
