I generally try to stay as positive as possible with reviews, but sometimes just not fully possible. We were really looking forward to trying this place. We’d been next door and the patio area look really nice and inviting. The atmosphere was good. But the service fell far short

The pizza is a different type of crust and healthier. Less sugar less carbs less fat. It was was very good and doesnt leave you feeling overfull or bloated. The balsamic on the spinach salad is some of the best I’ve ever had. The other Italian beers besides Peroni funTo try

Service wasn’t so good and extremely slow. Sat at 6:53, took over 20 min for beers and salad to show up and pizzas finally showed up at 8:17. 1:25 for pizzas just unacceptable. Manager never came by, server tried to half heartedly soften the blow saying the food was coming several times over the past 20 minutes before serving. Was so ready to be done and gone just didn’t bother with dessert as it was past 9pm.

One of their employees heard our comments about the wait abd stopped us on the way out and apologized himself for the slow service even through he had nothing to do with our table and pleaded for another chance which was really nice and a great gesture, but I just can’t see doing it. We had a reservation for Christmas Eve for 6:15, we ordered pretty quick and did not get our food by 8:00 PM!!! UNBELIEVABLE. We ended leaving soon after with no hope. The service and hospitality was AWFUL, zero empathy from the server and manager, UNREAL. We got few updates, and ZERO REFILLS. Worst service of all time, the appetizers we did get near the beginning also weren’t worth going here anyway!! 0 apologies, 0 attempts to make it right when we displayed unhappiness. AWFUL

Edit Response: No we had appetizers, 3 of them and they were not good. This is not my third 1-star, the other review is not from me, not sure why you would assume we were the only family to have an issue! We understand if it’s busy, our biggest issue was the lack of hospitality, few apologies and no effort to make it right. Good restaurant managers would’ve offered to make things better, instead the server was rude and the manager was entitled. Also not fair to say “wait longer than usual” it was a 2 hour wait and it would’ve taken much longer if we stayed that is never acceptable. Also it’s something if a one-off occurrence happened but it was explained to us as the kitchen was too small to handle the orders… unless this place Is brand new, they should be able to expect the amount of orders on a holiday or else say no to reservations....

First time in tonight. Sadly disappointed..... Have heard amazing things about this place but wow service was I think the worst I have ever experienced. Food was great but service was atrocious. Ordered a simple salad, veggie pizza, and chicken parm. Waited about 2 hours for these dishes. Eggplant parm came out instead of chicken parm.. sent back to get correct order. It was okay, think the eggplant was honestly better. Then ordered Tiramasu, waited over 45 minutes for this without a single waitress coming over to refill waters check on us etc... finally had to walk up to the front and ask for the check. Then they sent the poor hostess over to collect payment and ask if everything was good. I told her it was definitely slow service. Then they charged us full price for everything, including the chicken parm they originally brought out wrong. They were busy tonight but actually the awful service occurred when at least 1/2 the restaurant cleared out. Overall food was good but service was pretty atrocious.... Every server and even the owner seemed rattled by the restaurant being full. Not good. I’m not sure I’ll be back or this place will make it with such poor service. They should hire someone to come in and make sure service issues...
