Very unprofessional office staff. I have no doubt the doctors are great but the individuals that answer calls, particularly Monica, are rude, make snide comments, lecture you, and talk to you as if you are stupid. I had called to make an appointment in January and she was rude to me as soon as the call started. The only time she became nice was when she realized she was on speaker phone and my mom was right next to me. Very disappointed in the practice my godfather founded. They are refusing to see my 92 year old mother in law because she had COVID 10 days ago. She has tested negative and does not have respiratory symptoms. My Mother has been a patient at this practice for at least 20 years. She is 89 years old, currently staying with me in South Carolina and declining rapidly. I called to request an order for hospice evaluation to be faxed to a company in South Carolina and was VERY RUDELY told “she would have to be seen” - my Mom is bedbound and in South Carolina!!!!
