DuBois Health Food Center — Attraction in Carson City

Went a few times and they were out of stock on the products I was looking for and offered no answer to when they would be back on the shelves. Ended up going in to Reno to Natural Grocers , and glad I did, as found the items I wanted and at HALF the cost of what I purchased previously at Dubois. Well worth the drive even after factoring in the 2 gallons of gas it cost to make the trip. Sorry Dubois, but not returning to your store ever again, as found you are not at all competitive with pricing and selection.

I am editing this review to respond to the owner. The reason I was able to pay half the cost for some items I purchased at Natural Grocers compared to Dubois, is because the items at Dubois were only available in small sizes and because I could purchase the larger sizes at Natural Grocers in Reno, I saved money by getting double the product for about the same price I would have to pay for half the amount of product at DuBois. Natural Grocers doesn't seem to have a problem with stock, and when I asked the woman at Dubois when the products I wanted would be available, she responded with "I have no idea". I tend to spend more than in expected often. But I know I'm making a healthy quality investment and accept the expense.

Aside from nutrition I like to grab a sierra nevada hemp company jar of wholly oil from behind the register counter on my out. Best body oil cbd around and its local! Just saying...

Now located near the rainbow 🌈 grocery outlet ...the store is less of a maze and shelves are full of various goodies. Bulk items are available on the back wall and staff are friendly, available to serve and support your health care needs and items.

Too bad you can't give negative stars. Have tried to order things a few times and they just keep saying it hasn't been ordered yet. Months have gone by and I gave up and ordered online. So much for supporting local business.

You flagged my review. Which is total BS. Yes, at one point my daughter worked for your Grandmother, however my review came many months after she was let go by your company. I still shopped there and tried to order things which were never ordered for me. Maybe look in your badly kept records and you would see I used to order from you. Sad that you are running your family business...
