Throughout our 3 years at CDP I felt very unwelcome. For my daughters sake, we continued taking her. Because I was a father bringing my 5 year old and not her mother we were forced to change in the mens bathroom. Men, in and out while my daughter was changing. Never once was I offered help from the staff. But my daughter loves to dance so we continued. Last recital, my daughter was completely forgotten during awards ceremony while we watched in the audience waiting to see her get her trophy. She never came. I complained about them losing her slippers and being forced to dance without them on stage and then not letting her accept her trophy. So, in response, they are not letting her back. She wasnt even in the company, she was in general learning to dance. Seeing how I was upset at all the times they did wrong by my daughter they decided to punish her and kick her out. She stayed and grew as such an incredible dancer and teacher to so many students through the last 19 years. She learned technique, discipline, and teamwork that has helped make her into such a wonderful, giving, talented and caring woman that she is today.
