R.S. Dunham Park — Attraction in Cary

This park is adjacent to my Senior Living Apartments. This park is open from sunrise to 11pm. Our Residents are very upset about these hours because we get no sleep. Everyone is going through sleep deprivation here, some have early medical procedures and underline illnesses. I have called the police on the noise, profane language use on Courts 5 & 6 which are about 9 feet away from my bedroom windows. CARY POLICE told me to move out the complex when I had just arrived. Since there is no one supervising this Park, illegal activities of drugs, open sex, and trespassing after lights are out at 11pm. I have been phoning in complaints to Towne of Cary Tennis and have been lied to on a daily basis that the hours would be reduced to 10pm. Never happened. I am about to call the Media, Eyewitness News, somebody. This is a bad situation to live around doing your last days on Earth. We have served the Military and most have Retired, WE CANNOT NOT HAVE PEACE TO SLEEP...

Hola! Bello lugar para los pequeños de la casa y nosotros los adultos conversar en un ambiente muy agradable, Baños limpios a unos pasos del área del playground, Cancha de Basquettball, Pista para skateboarding.

Si traes mascotas, puedes encontrar una estación para usar bolsa especial y levantar el excremento de tu mascota y asi depositarlo en un lugar especifico alejado del área de niños.

También hay una caja de arena grande para niños aún más bebés muy linda para jugar e interactuar con más niños. Hace 1 mes instalaron un playground nuevo para Niños Pequeños y Niños Grandes, esta genial para ellos y ellas. También hay caballitos fijos que se mecen y Swings nuevos. Hay Bancas para sentarse en cada area mencionada.

El estacionamiento es amplio y siempre hay lugar disponible, a un lado se encuentra el Banco Secu-CashPoints con su ATM. Muy limpio este lugar, ya que los que venimos cuidamos de dejar limpio al salir de aquí. Lo único que NO tiene, y sugiero lo instalen: Es un Cambiador de Pañales para Bebés 🚼 🤔. Eso lo he manejado hacerlo en el carro. . .

Nice place for the little ones and us adults to chat in a very pleasant environment. Clean bathrooms a few steps from the playground area, Basketball court, Skateboarding track. If you bring pets, you can find a station to use a special bag and pick up your pet's poop and deposit it in a specific place away from the children's area.

There is also a large sandbox for children and even babies, very nice to play and interact with other children. A month ago they installed a new playground for Little Kids and Big Kids, it's great for them.

There are also stationary rocking horses and new swings. There are benches to sit in each area mentioned. The parking lot is large and there is always space available. Next beside the park is the Secu-CashPoints Bank with its ATM.

This place is very clean, since those of us who come here take care to leave it clean when we leave here. The only thing it does NOT have, and I suggest you install it: It is a Baby Diaper Changer 🚼 🤔. I have managed to do that in the car. . .

3.5 stars. I come here to play tennis. The courts are newly renovated, it looks great and plays well. The only complaints are that one court is next to a retention pond and stinks and has a bunch of flies (bring bug spray or try to avoid that court if you can), there are not enough benches (only one at each court instead of two), the lights are a bit wonky and you have to press them a certain way to work, and the trash cans are inconveniently located outside of the tennis courts.
