We choose this venue for our cousin wedding, because of course the decoration is magic, and at the moment that we did the agreement the manager agrees with everything and they offer what you need, BUT what by the time of the wedding was the problem!!! The day before the wedding (rehearsal ) We started to set some table covers and chairs... and the next day ( wedding day) they moved everything away, (so we had to start accommodate everything again the same date ) they just text saying hey we moved everything because we had to show the venue or whatever! The bride started to cry because by that moment we didn’t have the time and we were crazy for stress! Anyways we fixed it the way we could .. After all that the wedding was running protocol crew supposed to set the tables in the right side while we were in the tost and fisrt dance and picture we gave enough time for that and they were just spending our time and didn’t set the tables as the our agreement was. 6 tables 10 chairs each.. and a total of 90 chairs with covers and bows ... none of that was set.. there were only 6 tables 6 chairs each ... we started told them hey we bend 10 chairs in each table. They we just refused to set 10 chairs, we had our guests stand and just waiting... because they couldn’t seat.. at the last time they accepted to give the rest of the chairs WITHOUT the covers and bows that we PAID in the agreement ...

Besides all that!! Protocol crew was unprofessional dressed ! With tennis and flats! This was an expensive WEDDING in an expensive venue, we expected smile protocol crew, professionally dressed! and SUPPORTIVE more than everything ! that’s what we expect when we decided to go with this venue .. unfortunately we couldn’t find that .. !

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PEOPLE TO HAVE ON THEIR HANDS THIS KIND OF IMPORTANT DAY... less the girls on protocol crew! Not if you don’t want to throw your money away and be no helped...

Just had my magic moment wedding ceremony and I give it 4-5 stars on decor and ambience. Very small, intimate space… my style for sure. Cake was amazing. Photographer was awesome! … BUT!!! The other women that work there, not sure if they are owners, managers or what, but there was pretty bad communication with things. Invoices were wrong several times. Wedding date was forgotten several times. Never sent colors and set up like we were told until I had my husband reach out like a week before the wedding. We kept having to be the one to reach out. We kinda felt forgotten a bunch of times. Also, when we arrived and were ready to start, last minute, they had no idea how to play the walking out song. We were told to bring a laptop but then told they don’t use a lap top. It was just messy. The bridal suite had no AC either so doing hair and getting dressed sweating wasn’t very enjoyable. I’m still giving 4 stars because it was very beautiful and I would recommend, just stay on top of things...

Wow NOT GOOD!!!!I have not done an event here in a long time!! For my first one post COVID Elise one of the NEW Staff members was terrible!!! SHOULD NOT BE IN THE INDUSTRY!!!! NO place for Caters to work!! Was outside in the RAIN and took cover in one of there portable containers trying to make sure my clients got the best product possible!! But Elise thought I was not doing the right thing! She needs to learn what is best for the people that pay her and the Venue!!! Only gave it one star because I did not have an option for 0!!! Oh and she left the event and went to the office or there other space in the plaza until the event was over!!! Did not even see the Clients off at the end of the night just pathetic!! Elise your actions and baby fit are not fit for our industry GROW UP!!!! Your Employer should be embarrassed by your actions!!! So many other venues to choose from don’t waste your...
