I recently had Latin Raices catering for my wedding on 1/2/25 and when I tell you the food was delicious, I don’t think words can describe how amazing EVERYTHING tasted! I not only tasted amazing but the presentation was also so well executed. Ruby and her team were such a pleasure to work with! We did a buffet style dinner for our reception and the details that Ruby put together to match my reception decor and style was a beautiful touch!

My guest came from all over but was mainly from Puerto Rico and Haiti and all night we kept hearing how amazing the food was and how the menu selection we chose was such a unique spin on a traditional catered meal at a wedding. I can go on and on about how happy I was with the way the service was on the day of the wedding but I am even more grateful for all the communication, planning and time Ruby has put into making it special for us.

I had tasted Latin Raices catering 2 years ago at my best friend’s bridal shower and I knew immediately that I wanted to have them cater our wedding. The menu selections they provide with the option to customize our menu on what we wanted was a special touch. We had a private tasing before the wedding and it was delicious and it www a special moment for my husband and I in all the mist of wedding planing during the holiday season.

Overall I am very grateful that I went with Latin Raices Catering! Working with Ruby and her team was a pleasure and the food is the best food I have ever had a wedding. My guest also share the same feedback. So kudos to you all 👏🏼🎉

My Abuela APPROVED of all the food at our wedding...that's all I gotta say lol In all honesty I was very nervous at the beginning of deciding which catering service to use because I knew I wanted to pay an homage to my culture, but we all know that there are very few places that can make you feel like you are truly eating some home-cooked food and Latin Raices is absolutely one of them! Ruby is literally the sweetest and has had an insurmountable amount of patience with us as this was a whole new world for us. Ruby answered all our questions no matter how small they wereb and was super responsive. She never made us feel like we were being ignored. Ruby is literally the sweetest human being! You can tell that Latin Raices cooks with so much heart and passion because it is literally delicious and it truly does taste like a home-cooked meal.
