We received a menu in the mail and decided to order for delivery. We order delivery every Sunday night and thought this week we would try Al's. I asked for mild wings well done and New York Cheesecake and salads. Both salads were ok (antipasto and greek). The wings were way undercooked and the cheesecake had no topping even though there is a picture of one with a topping in the menu. I called and asked to speak with the manager and a gentleman got on the phone. I don't know who he was because he never introduced himself or asked how he could help me. I told him about the above issues and he got very defensive. He said he made the wings himself and they were done and the sauce they put on was a "secret recipe" which I replied that all I wanted was mild wings and what I got was parmesian garlic. He then proceeded to tell me that he does not put ANY topping on his cheesecake at all. I said they should have told me that. He said they tell all customers. Well, they did not tell me. Whoever he was on the phone, just lost this business a customer who would have spent many dollars getting delivery but since he had the personality of a gnat, I tore up the menu and will never support this business again! He needs to go to restaurant management school and learn how to talk to customers.......DO...

I first ate there when it was owned by Al. He served a good pizza. As Hurricane Irma rolled through, he closed and never came back. Eventually, Jack (Gio) Russo opened. Initially, I was apprehensive, but that only lasted until I took my first bite of pizza. Wow! It was exactly what this Jersey boy was hoping for and I have been a loyal customer ever since. Jack is as accommodating as a dedicated restaurant owner should be. I know because I spent eleven years in the fast food business. Back to the food... the New York style has a crust that is thin enough. The sauce is delicious, and it has just the right amount of cheese. That’s not the only pie I eat, either. Try the Campagna (our favorite) and any other of the specialty pies. I also like the subs. My two favorites are the Steak Supreme and the Zep Hoagie. Jack’s got the best wings in town, too. I’ve yet to try any of his pasta dishes, but think I’m going to do that tonight or very soon.
I strongly advise you to give Russo Brothers a try. Please tell him Dave the Bald Guy sent you. Oh, and BTW, some of the reviews are dated. They’re not very good, and they had confused Al’s with Russo’s. Or was it Russo’s with Al’s? Yes, that’s it. They blamed Al’s food and...

Im not going to Karen a good pizza places rating, but I was pretty irritated the last time I called. I have a young, picky eater and he is basically limited to chicken tenders right now.
Ill summarize: I called and asked if they could do that(i didnt want to waste anyones time). Someone told me yes. I called back with the full order and was told the manager said they couldn't.
I mean, I get it. Its not Build Your Own Order.. but there isnt any reason you can't upcharge a side of fries $7 and throw them all in a box.
I had 3 pizzas, a calzone, a sub, 10 wings and garlic knots and a side of sauce and alfredo on this order... and an upcharged side of fries and fried chicken.
I'd think that would be well over a $100 order.
Support local and you have to call dominoes. I live less than a mile...
