It's a great place to visit and have a great time. Family and friend gathering. You can walk along the sidewalk with a drink on hand and admire the fort in old San Juan at a distance, across the bay. You can also see the various cruise line docking. You can catch the ferry that will cross you from old San Juan across the bay to Bahia Viva Cataño. There are several restaurants along the way. It's so nice and atmosphere. Great latin cuisine. There is a playground for kids to have fun. Security is always present. If you have been to Miami beach. That's how it feels. For being in a pandemic situation and with an actibe executive order that limits population, the Mayor didn't have any control whatsoever. Adults and children with out mouth masks, police just driving by, and people just kept gathering more and more. Christmas trees, principal attractions, lots of them almost on the floor with lights warn out. You could tell there was no attractions maintenance, It was very sad.
I would think that it is a beautiful place to go with the family but maybe during the day that could possibly be les crowded.

For the hour and thirty minutes that I was walking, I didn't see a police vehicle. Also the playground doesn't have sand. Its just hard surface with rocks. Not the safest type of ground.
