Read moreI stopped in with my Dad and son yesterday. We didn’t have one employeee say a word to us. We said thanks and gave a wave on the way out and not one of the employees even lifted their head. Stopped back in today because they are the only store in town that had the Stihl chainsaw (~$750) that I wanted and received even worse service if that’s possible. Went to the counter and asked for some help after standing by the chainsaws for a few minutes. A first week employee tried but didn’t have the answers. Went to the counter and the employee or manager that tried to help, Brian or Bill, had the worst attitude. Wouldn’t order me a new one with a 24” bar. Said it was store policy that I had to buy the one with a 20” bar and add the 24” bar, another chain, etc. His attitude, tone, all around “service” was absolutely horrible. Will not be spending another dollar there and have spent plenty being a contractor. I would give it negative stars if possible. Edit Just wanted to add that I reached out to Acme left voicemails there and ask to speak with somebody about this issue and still haven't heard back. Good luck to all their...
Customer service is absolute garbage. I recently bought a saw off the shelf, when I got it back to my job site (45 minutes away) I realized that a small part was missing that made saw inoperable. Not really a big deal at the time so I called to ask if one of the outside salesmen could just bring it to me at his next opportunity. Desk salemen said it would be easiest if I would just come back and pick it up. I explained that this would mean close to 2 hours of my time and I’m not in desperate need of the saw so I’m willing to wait. He said he didn’t know my cities salesman’s schedule for the next week and I could call him if I wanted. Now why should have to make another call? Just put the part in the guys inbox and tell him to contact me! As it is I ordered it off of replacement parts.com for less than $4...saved myself 2 hours...brick and mortar stores wonder why people order stuff online...this...
Read morePlaced an order for a product that they had listed as available and will be delivered in 3 days. Then when I got my receipt via email It states 2-3 weeks. When I called to verify they stated it was backordered and they didn’t know when they would get it. So I decided to cancel my order, this all happened within a 2 hour period. I wasn’t charged and they said it wouldn’t be. The next day, I was charged for the product!!! And now I’m getting it credit back to my card! Ridiculous why charge my card a day after I cancel the order and was told it wouldn’t be charged?? And now I’m also seeing two different $1 transactions from them and so credit back for that… I would absolutely never buy anything from this company again, and will make sure everyone I know is aware...
