Recently, we were in need of auto and homeowners insurance, and were referred to the Clyde Hill, Jr. - State Farm Agency. I spoke with Mr. Hill, who was very professional, pleasant and cordial. After discussing my needs, he put me in touch with one of his agents, Akintayo Kuyoro (‘AK’) who took things from there! Again, in a very professional, thorough, and timely manner, the interaction seemed as though I had known both a lifetime. Needless to say, this agency took care of all of our insurance needs, sharing suggestions and information that made us feel comfortable and welcomed at the same time. Everyone I came into contact with, from the receptionist, owner, and agent, were top notch professionals. PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! THE MANAGER EMMANUELLE CRAYTON IS A LIAR AND A CROOK!! WE HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS AND ABOUT 5 MONTHS NOW THEY STARTED TO GET GREEDY. HER AND HER TEAM HAS LIED TO MY WIFE AND I ABOUT PAYMENTS. EVERY SINGLE TIME WE MAKE A PAYMENT THEY SAY WE HAVE INSUFFICIENT FUNDS! WHEN I TOLD JENNIFER GARCIA THAT I CAN PRINT OUT MY ACCOUNT SUMMARY, SHE SAID THAT OH THE EXPIRATION DATE HAS BEEN WRONG FOR THE AUTO PAY FOR ABOUT 5 MONTHS. THEN THE NEXT MONTH OH THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CANCELED YOUR ACCOUNT. THEN THE NEXT MONTH OH YOU PAID FOR THIS MONTH BUT YOU OWE FOR THE MONTH BEFORE THAT

4 YEARS OF MY LOYALTY HAS ENDED, SOMEONE ON THIS TEAM IS A BAD APPLE AND THEY HAVE MY INFORMATION. I HAVE ALREADY CANCELED MY CARD AS I AM SCARED OF IDENTITY THEFT. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL NOW AND CLYDE HILL HAS SOME EXPLAINING TO DO! I APPARENTLY "OWE" FOR A MONTH, YET IT ISN'T MY FAULT!! I AM CALLING CORPORATE AS I TYPE AND WILL WRITE A REVIEW ON THE BBB ABOUT THEM AS WELL. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TRICKED AT AN INSURANCE PLACE, BUT THEY GOT ME AND MY FAMILY MULTIPLE TIMES!
