I highly support this establishment. This is a small town, where everything closes near 8pm basically. This shop is open until 11pm. They have absolutely everything, when I walked in I was amazed. It was clean, well lit, and all I wanted to do was look around even though I only went there for one thing. The man who helped me was so friendly and so helpful. Outstanding customer service. I did ask for his name, but my short term memory is horrible and I will update this when I get an update on his name. Awesome prices and they seriously do have EVERYTHING! This town is has a lot of truckers coming through and I'm sure they appreciate it as well. I truly admire the hours and friendly service in such a small town, they were open when I closed at my job and I'm close by! This is my go to shop for vapes. Always friendly and have best deals on vapes. They usually always have what I want in stock and if I’m looking for a particular flavor they will order and will get in stock by my next stop. Customer service here is great ! I recently did purchase a vape that was a “lemon” and I brought it back in and they exchanged it for free. Granted I do come here weekly so they do know my face and that I got it from them but I was happy that I got it replaced for free. Thank you for your awesome care of your customers. Terrible service. I will have to take my hard earned money elsewhere got charged $40 for a broken vape pen that worker refused to exchange. I didn’t want this brand or color but he insisted it was the best brand, I go to try it a day later and he refused to exchange it after he played with it for about 20 mins. He offered to supply a very cheap replacement for my pen. I really think the level of customer service is sub par I would be very cautious of what I buy from here especially if...
