Culver’s — Restaurant in Minooka

I've always loved Culver's along with the positive environment that it brings along with their amazing food... however, when I came to this location the experience was traumatic. The managers including Khalan, Cassidy, and Lauryn was so beyond frustrating and they stood there doing nothing but scroll on their phones... I did not appreciate the looks on their faces as the line got longer and the place started getting busier. On top of this, I had a hair in the middle of my burger, which means that the cooks do not disinfect properly and when I mentioned it to a fellow manager working at the time, her as well as other employees were giggling about it. These people are very unprofessional and do not sanitize...

I enjoy the food but last time I went they didn't give me a straw with my RB float so I had to go inside to annoyed workers and ask them for a straw. Then went to my car, waited got my meal, checked as quick as I could and there was no Marinara sauce for the cheese curds (which is common for most culver's I have found but they all guarantee that it comes with them) so I had to shout to the worker as they were almost back in the door and asked for marinara sauce. Then I got home and (twice now) I paid for extra ingredients on a burger and I open it up and anything that came extra isn't on the burger. Entitled little girls with cocky attitudes that cannot even heat up mash potatoes that are outrageously priced in the first place.Manager is never present and this location is lazy and gross.With these attitudes they learn nothing and just use this job as group meeting to talk.Buisness has declined for this and they don’t care well done Culver’s your little girls ruined the business.I will not eat here again with many of my family get it together this town is so bad with food places it’s ridiculous.It’s definitely a reflection of home and the lack of parenting or entitled...
